You can customize your AI companion and interact in a variety of storylines and scenarios. The service is intended for entertainment only and should not replace real-life relationships or professional advice.
You agree not to:
Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Engage in any form of harassment or abusive behavior
Use the app for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack or manipulate the app or AI content
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Sophia – Your Dream Girl offers in-app purchases for premium features. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable price and taxes. All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies, and we do not provide direct refunds for digital purchases unless required by law.
You own the content you generate, including messages and customizations to your AI companion.
By using the app, you grant Sophia – Your Dream Girl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your generated content within the app for the purposes of improving the service.
The AI’s responses are generated based on pre-trained models. While the AI strives to be accurate and relevant, the content generated may sometimes be:
Unpredictable or inconsistent with real-world facts
Emotional, suggestive, or unexpected based on input
You are responsible for interpreting and reacting to AI content at your discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for violating this Agreement or engaging in harmful behavior. You can delete your account by contacting us at muhammadfazeelofficial27@gmail.com.
Sophia – Your Dream Girl is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties related to the availability or accuracy of the app’s content, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app, including emotional distress, technical issues, or loss of data.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of your region.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the app, and you agree to abide by the updated terms.
